When it’s boiling hot outside sometimes all you want is a thirst-quenching fruit smoothie. Making delicious, refreshing fruit smoothies is super simple and they even have the bonus of being healthy for you.

Fruit Smoothie Recipes

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cubed1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Add mango, papaya, and pineapple to a blender with orange juice and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine banana and strawberries in a blender with yogurt, milk, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Berry Berry Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup boysenberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup of low-fat milk

Directions:

  1. Combine raspberries, blueberries, and boysenberries in a blender with ice cream and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth.
