Thyme bellini
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
3 white peach slices, peeled
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
4 ounces chilled Champagne
Directions
Add peach slices, thyme, and sugar in a cocktail shaker; muddle with the back of a spoon or a muddler until peaches are well pureed.
Pour mixture into a champagne glass and top off with Champagne. Garnish with peach slice or sprig of thyme.
Strawberry basil mojito
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
3 strawberries, sliced
4 fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 ounces white rum
1/4 cup sparkling water
Directions
Combine strawberries, basil, and sugar in a shaker. Muddle with the back of a spoon or muddler until strawberries are well pureed.
Fill shaker with ice then add rum; shake well and pour into a cocktail glass. Top glass off with sparkling water then garnish with a strawberry slice or basil sprig.
Mango and sage martini
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
4 mango slices, peeled
3 fresh sage leaves
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces vodka
Directions:
Combine mango, sage, and sugar in a cocktail shaker and muddle until mango is well pureed. Fill shaker with ice and add orange juice and vodka.
Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a mango slice or a sage leaf.
