By mixing classic with funky, Carrie's personal style is chic with a twist.
1 ounce Rosangel*
2 muddled strawberries
1 ounce simple syrup
Top with champagne
Muddle strawberries in cocktail shaker, add simple syrup and Rosangel and shake over ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne or sparkling wine.
*Rosangel is made from tequila and infused with the subtly sweet flavor of Hibiscus flowers, which gives it a sunset-pink hue.

St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Organic cranberry juice
Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with strip of
lemon or orange peel.
2 oz. SKYY Vodka
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup or 1 tsp. sugar
Drop of Crème de cassis
Rim a crystallized Swarovski martini glass with Crème de cassis and sugar*. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into the martini glass. Finish the cocktail with a drop of Crème de cassis on top.
*To rim the martini glass, first dip rim of glass in a shallow dish filled with Crème de cassis and immediately place rim in another shallow dish with sugar, rotating the glass to ensure the whole rim is covered.
Fill endive leaves with either:
1. crème fraîche or sour cream and caviar or smoked salmon.
2. Ricotta mixed with chopped parsley, thyme, olive oil and minced garlic.

2 parts Prairie Organic Vodka
2 parts pomegranate juice
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
1 ½ ounces Rosangel
½ orange liqueur
1 tablespoon agave nectar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon cranberry juice
Splash of ginger ale
1 ½ cups of ice
Blend ingredients in a blender and serve in a margarita glass garnished with a citrus slice.
2 ounces SKYY Infusions Ginger
1 ounce honey syrup*
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Lay lemon peel twirl across the rim of the glass with cocktail pick.
*To create Honey Syrup, combine 0.5 oz. water with 0.5 oz. honey.
These delicious little bites are easy and are best if made a day ahead. Perfect for the busy career woman.
Chop off tops of 2 pints of cherry tomatoes, scoop out seeds and flesh and set aside to dry. Fry 1 pound of diced bacon until crispy. Remove and cool on paper towels. Combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and 2 finely chopped scallions and cooked bacon and stuff into tomatoes. Chill overnight. Serve cold.

3 parts Prairie Organic Vodka
4 parts green tea
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Shake over ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.
½ bottle of Rosangel
½ bottle white wine
½ cup white sugar
1 ounce orange juice
2 ounces cranberry juice
2 oranges, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 bunch of grapes, sliced
1 apple, diced
½ liter club soda
Pour ingredients, except club soda, in a pitcher a stir a few hours before serving and place in the refrigerator. Just before serving add cold club soda. Pour into wine glasses or tumblers and serve.
1 1/2 ounces SKYY Infusions Grape
3 ounces 7Up
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce red wine
Squeeze and drop half a lemon into a cocktail shaker. Add SKYY Infusions Grape and 7Up with ice and stir. Strain into a tall Collins glass with fresh ice, and float red wine over top of drink.
Wash strawberries and cut off stem so they sit flat. Cut down from the pointy-side of the strawberry, but not all the way through, several times and separate sections to make a flower. Push to open and pipe in a mixture of 1 package softened cream cheese, ½ cup of confectioners' sugar and 1/3 cup sour cream. Chill for a few hours before serving.

Juice of half a lemon
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice or cinnamon stick.

1 part orange juice
Splash of pomegranate juice
Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass and garnish with orange peel.
2 ounces SKYY Infusions Pineapple
1 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce Triple Sec
3/4 ounce Crème de Cacao
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Place oysters on the half shell on a bed of rock salt and top with softened butter flavored with parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Top with about ½ teaspoon of bread crumbs. Heat on bed of rock salt at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.
