The American Collins
A cool combination of tangy lemon juice, sweet juicy berries and the ever popular Bombay Sapphire, The American Collins is a patriotic adaptation of the classic Tom Collins, created by cocktail consultant and mixologist Jonathan Pogash.
4 Bing cherries, pitted
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire
In a Collins glass, muddle the cherries and blueberries in the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add Sapphire and ice and stir briefly. Top with club soda. Garnish with a Bing cherry and slice of lemon.

3 ounces Flor de CaÃ±a 7 Year Grand Reserve Rum
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
4 watermelon chunks
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Whirl all ingredients together and pour into a glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Inspired by the stars and stripes of the American Flag, this eloquent drink features absinthe, a once-banned spirit that was recently allowed back into the US, blueberries and raspberry liqueur.
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce Lucid Absinthe
Splash of lemon juice
1 ounce blueberry vodka
Drizzle of raspberry liqueur
Muddle fresh blueberries and add syrup, Lucid juice and vodka Add ice and shake and pour into highball glass. Drizzle with raspberry liqueur and top off with Ginger Beer. Garnish with one sugar cube.

2 ounces POM Wonderful 100 percent Pomegranate Juice
1-1/2 ounces Pyrat XO Reserve Rum
1/2 ounce orgeat or almond syrup
2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
