Whole Wheat Bread

Makes a 1-pound loaf

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast

Directions:
Select loaf size. Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select whole wheat or white, rapid or regular cycle. Bake as directed.

Light Oat Bread

Makes a 1-1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:
Add ingredients to bread machine in order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Use regular light setting and bake as directed.

Multigrain Raisin Bread

Makes a 2-pound loaf

Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/3 cups multigrain blend flour
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins

Directions:
Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select white or whole wheat cycle.
