Wild Salmon, Yes. Whole Grains, NOOO. They are all stemming from genetically modified dwarf wheat which is drastically different from the natural wheat generations ago.

Whole grain is FAR from a super food. In fact, it's quite the opposite. Modern whole grains have contributed to a number of modern diseases including Type 2 Diabetes and Celiac disease. Modern grains have been modified to the point where they are actually hazardous to human consumption.

Is it safe to eat green tea leaves? I've read mixed answers online. And if it is safe, does water need to be added for it to be the most effective healthwise?
