Reinvent your sandwiches by using different breads, meats, cheeses and condiments (try these savory sandwiches from around the world). Take advantage of the flavored gourmet tortillas and make a satisfying wrap with roasted vegetables and different types of hummus. Add a variety of new ingredients to your salads, including toasted nuts, dried or fresh fruit, and homemade dressings. Whip up a dynamite dip for your cut vegetables or baked chips. Make fruit salads with fruit you have never tried before. Your lunch choices are limited only by your imagination. You will never get bored with your lunch if you let your culinary creativity keep you happily well-fed.
