Lunch will be the highlight of your day if you know you are going to eat something good. Add a variety of new ingredients to your salads, including toasted nuts, dried or fresh fruit, and homemade dressings. Whip up a dynamite dip for your cut vegetables or baked chips. Make fruit salads with fruit you have never tried before. Your lunch choices are limited only by your imagination. You will never get bored with your lunch if you let your culinary creativity keep you happily well-fed.
