Summer means sipping on light beers and delicious frozen cocktails, why not try combining the two with thirst-quenching beer cocktails. Beer Cocktail Recipes
Makes 1 serving

1 bottle of light beer
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
Couple drops of grenadine
One slice of orange or raspberry for garnish
Combine beer, orange juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Pour mixture over ice in a pint glass. Top off with a few drops of grenadine. Garnish with a piece of fruit.
Ultimate Craft Brew Margarita
Makes 12 servings

1 1/2 cups tequila
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
1/3 bottle your favorite craft brew
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lime
Sugar to taste
Salt, to rim the glass
Blend all ingredients except salt in a blender until smooth. Dip margarita glasses in water then in salt and fill glasses with mixture.
This can also be made on the rocks, blend all ingredients except ice, pour mixture over ice in a large pitcher.
Makes 1 drink
1 cup fresh lemonade, plus 1 splash
1 bottle light beer
1 1/2 ounces vodka
Lemon slice for garnish
Combine ice and lemonade in a pint glass. Slowly pour beer into glass. Add vodka and top it off with a splash of lemonade. Stir together. Garnish with a lemon slice.
