In this video from Budget Health Nut, chef Joe Dias creates a fabulous Greek omelet made with spinach, feta cheese and mushrooms. Joe also cooks up a wonderful Spanish omelet with diced onions and peppers. To finish off his meal, he adds rye toast, hashbrowns, turkey sausage and oranges.
