Cheap and good for you

In this video from Budget Health Nut, chef Joe Dias creates a fabulous Greek omelet made with spinach, feta cheese and mushrooms. Joe also cooks up a wonderful Spanish omelet with diced onions and peppers. To finish off his meal, he adds rye toast, hashbrowns, turkey sausage and oranges.

As with all the recipes in the series, this meal is both inexpensive and healthy. The complete breakfast only comes out to about $1.50 per plate. Andra Millian, licensed herbalist and doctor of Chinese medicine, also joins Joe to talk about the nutritional value of the meal.
