Set the mood with Valentine cocktails

So, you finally got the guy you have been lusting over to come over for a "nightcap." It's Valentines weekend -- the perfect time to bring your romance to the next level. What are the best drinks mark the occasion? We conferred with some of our favorite liquor experts and got the answer.

Filandia Valentini Crantini
2 oz Finlandia Cranberry Fusion
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps

Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with cranberries.

The Dirty Pam
Equal parts PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur and Raspberry-Flavored Vodka
Splash of Sprite and Pineapple

Winter Frost Martini
1-1/2 oz Reyka
1-1/2 oz Lychee Juice
1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
2 drops rose water
1 lemon wedge squeezed & dropped
top with brut champagne

Agua Luca Brazilian Love Potion
2 oz. Agua Luca
2 whole strawberries
3 wedges of pineapple
3/4 oz. Rock Candy Syrup (Trader Vic's is a good brand)
1 oz. Fresh Lime juice

Remove stem from strawberries and slice, cut up pineapple wedges ensuring no rind or core is in the chunks. Place all fruit into a mixing glass. Muddle fruit until well pulverized, add all remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
