1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix turkey breast, cottage cheese, and black pepper until combined.
2. Place each wedge of cantaloupe on its own plate. Evenly divide turkey mixture and spoon onto each cantaloupe wedge.
3. Garnish with sunflower seeds and wheat germ and serve.
