Raisin Walnut Toast with Herbed Cream Cheese

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chopped herbs
Pinch of salt or more to taste
Black pepper to taste
4 slices whole grain raisin walnut bread, toasted
Handful of watercress leaves

Directions:

Blend cream cheese, herbs, salt and black pepper until smooth. Spread evenly on toasts. Top with watercress leaves and serve.
