Refreshing, Simple
Red Wine Spritzer

This is a great drink to enjoy during any party when a glass in your hand seems mandatory. Reducing the called-for 5-ounce serving size of wine halves both carbs and alcohol.

I used a cab/merlot mix with some sprite and a few lemon wedges. Yummy! Very sangria-esque. Going to try a lemon/ginger soda next.

I've never made wine spritzer with red wine, I usually use white wine.
