Greek Salad

Serves 12

Ingredients:
5 cucumbers, sliced
5 large tomatoes, seeded, diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
4 ounces packaged feta cheese, crumbled
2 ounces canned pitted green olives, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and serve chilled.
