Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Tangy and Heart-Healthy

Whisk up this tangy heart-healthy vinaigrette for your next salad or vegetable dish. For a delicious change, drizzle it on broiled seafood or chicken.

Mustard Vinaigrette

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
2/3 cup olive oil

Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for oil. Gradually add olive oil, whisking gently until smooth.

2. Drizzle over torn spinach leaves, mixed salad greens or crisp-tender asparagus spears just before serving.

Per 2-tablespoon serving: 1g carbs; <1g fiber; <1g protein; 19g fat; 165 calories
