A no-cook treat combining the tastes of chocolate and peanut butter in a fudgy candy.
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or maple syrup
3.5 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1. In a large bowl, beat together the first 6 ingredients. Knead mixture on a wooden cutting board until smooth. Work peanuts into fudge.
2. Pat candy into 8" square pan. Chill.
