Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

A low-carb jerk seasoning good for any BBQ

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground thyme
1-1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon Splenda

Directions:
1. Mix all spices together and store in a sealed container.

2. Rub on beef or chicken before placing on barbecue grill.
