Dinner Sensations introduces several new entrees including a 16-ounce T-bone steak, salmon, pork chops and chicken breast. The entrees can be topped with either a garlic butter sauce or Bob Evans signature Wildfire barbecue sauce.
The protein-rich portions were tested during the winter in the Toledo and Indianapolis markets. During the test period, the test markets outperformed all other markets in the Bob Evans system for dinner. "We were particularly pleased with the results of our test and are excited to introduce this new program to all of our restaurants," says Stewart Owens, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Bob Evans Farms.
