Stir-fry it up!
The concept is set up so that customers can visit the food line an unlimited number of times for one set price. They build customized dishes by piling into their bowls any mixture of ingredients, choosing from an array of fresh vegetables, rice, noodles, meat, seafood, spices and one of more than 20 sauces. Then the customers take their concoctions to be stir-fried by cooks who work in the dining room on open grills. Servers deliver the cooked meals to the tables.
No printed menus are used, but all the options from the food line are displayed prominently on an overhanging blackboard along with suggested formulations.
