1/2 cup red wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon cornstarch
8 ounces cooked egg noodlesDirections:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Brown meat in pan. With the exception of the cornstarch, bring the rest of the ingredients to boil in a separate pot. Lower flame and thicken with cornstarch. Pour sauce over meat in a casserole dish, cover, and bake for 3 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over egg noodles.
