Even if it's not actually National S'mores Day -- August 10 -- Hershey's celebrates year-'round by putting unique twists on the classic combination of milk chocolate, crisp graham crackers and toasted marshmallows that has defined summer fun for 80 years.

From Choco-Cherry S'mores to Indoor S'mores Ice-Cream Pie, The Hershey Kitchens have developed recipes for every taste and every occasion. In celebration, Hershey's has created some sweet treats to mark the occasion. And guess what? We're sharing one with you here!

S'mores Ice Cream Pie

From the campfire to the freezer, this frozen treat is perfect for a hot summer day! 1. Butter the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. 2. Stir together 1-1/4 cup Honey Maid graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar until wel-blended. 3. Press crumb mixture evenly on bottom and sides of prepared pie plate. Freeze five minutes before filling. 4. Stir together four cups of slightly softened vanilla or chocolate ice cream, three cups of Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows and four Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars, finely chopped. 5. Spoon over crust, cover, and freeze until firm. Soften slightly to serve.
