While we transition from summer into fall, there are certain traditional mainstays we can always look forward to, among them being pumpkin-spice everything. But is there perhaps a new seasonal flavor that will change everything?

Starbucks has launched a new horchata-inspired Frappuccino, and it’s pretty epic. The Horchata Almond Milk Frappuccino is a blend of almond milk, cinnamon dolce syrup, coffee and ice. The drink is then topped with whipped cream, a caramel swirl and cinnamon-sugar sprinkles. It’s the perfect fall-to-summer transition drink, yeah? The icy-cold Frappuccino is the perfect temp for summer, and yet the flavors of cinnamon and caramel absolutely tease the coziness of fall. .

The internet is pretty excited too.

While the horchata we are familiar with is traditionally rice-based and served with vanilla and cinnamon, this is clearly an inspired recreation we’re excited to try.

The horchata-style Frappuccino debuts at Starbucks stores in the United States and Canada on Aug. 8  — that’s today! So get involved.
