Tuna-stuffed avocado recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (plus more for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced in halved and pitted
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Directions:

  1. Mix red onion, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice and cumin in a bowl.
  2. Add the drained tuna to the mix and combine.
  3. Fill the avocado halves with the mixture and garnish with a lime wedge and fresh cilantro.
