Slow cooker apple brandy crisp — if you've got 15 minutes for prep, you've got dessert

The ultimate easy dessert that's made in the slow cooker and practically melts in your mouth.

There's something about the taste of warm apples with cinnamon that reminds me of comfort food. And even more so when topped with vanilla ice cream.

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 dashes salt

  4. Add the apple mixture to the slow cooker in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples.
  6. Cover with the lid, and cook for 2 hours on the high setting (or cook for 4 hours on the low setting).
