  • 5 squares Almond Bark vanilla baking bars
  • 1/4 cup chopped chocolate chips, for garnish

Directions:

  1. To a large bowl, add the butter, flour, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, granulated sugar and milk.
  2. Stir together until a dough forms.
  3. Add the chocolate chips, and stir into the dough.
  4. Roll the dough into balls.
  5. To a small- to medium-size microwave-safe bowl, add the Almond Bark.
  6. Cover the bowl of Almond Bark with a paper towel, and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds, then stir.
  7. Heat in the microwave again for about 20 seconds or more, if needed. Stir until creamy.
  8. Dip each dough ball into the white coating until completely covered. Set on a plate lined with waxed paper.
  9. Top some of the truffles with chopped chocolate chips.
  10. Let cool in the refrigerator until the vanilla coating sets (about 20 minutes).
  11. Serve chilled.
  12. Store leftover truffles in the refrigerator.
