Nutella is a true love of my mine, but it's even better when I can actually call it dessert. These delicious dessert bruschettas take Nutella to a whole new level, with berries, bananas and marshmallows.

The best thing about this dessert is that it's easy to throw together, so you can have a dinner party and put together dessert right at the end. My favorite topping will always be berries, but my husband is a huge fan of both the s'mores and the peanut butter-banana toppings.

Fresh berry Nutella bruschetta recipe

Fresh, toasted bread spread with Nutella and topped with fresh summer berries — you'll love how easy and delicious this dessert turns out.

Yields 3

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 small slices toasted bread
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • Fresh sliced strawberries and blueberries

Directions:

  1. Spread Nutella on the bread, and top with fresh berries.
  2. You can make it ahead of time and serve it after dinner, or make it to order and enjoy the Nutella nice and warmed.

S'mores Nutella bruschetta recipe

S'mores are great, but they are even better when you throw them on top of Nutella bruschetta. Plus you get a chance to use that kitchen torch.

Yields 3

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 small slices toasted bread
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 6 tablespoons mini marshmallows
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons graham cracker crumbs

Directions:

  1. Spread Nutella on the bread, and top each slice with 2 tablespoons of mini marshmallows.
  2. Using your kitchen torch, melt the marshmallows, charring them just a bit.
  3. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.

Peanut butter-banana Nutella bruschetta recipe

Peanut butter and banana are a classic combo, but it gets even more delicious when piled on top of Nutella bread.

Ingredients:

  • 3 small slices toasted bread
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • Fresh sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons melted peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Spread Nutella on the bread, and top with banana slices.
  2. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top of the bananas.
