Pudding is the star of these easy pudding pop ideas. Neapolitan focuses on the classic chocolate, strawberry and vanilla combo, while cookies and cream is a perfect mixture of crushed cookies in a creamy milk chocolate pudding. Finally, creamy banana pudding is mixed with fresh diced bananas and crushed Nilla wafer cookies for the banana cream pie version.

Chocolate cookies and cream pudding pop recipe

Creamy chocolate pudding and crushed sandwich cookies make an ice pop for the chocolate lover to enjoy.

Yields 8-10

Prep time: 15 minutes | Inactive time: 4 hours 30 minutes | Total time: 4 hours 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 ice pop molds
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box milk chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold skim or low-fat milk
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Directions:

  1. To a large bowl, add the pudding mix and cold milk, and mix until smooth.
  2. Cover, and chill the pudding for 30 minutes or until very thick.
  3. Fold in the crushed sandwich cookies, and spoon the pudding mixture into the ice pop molds.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer, and freeze for 4 hours or until very firm.
  5. Remove the pudding pops from the molds when ready to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 ice pop molds
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) box strawberry instant pudding mix
  • 6 cups cold skim or low-fat milk, divided

Directions:

  1. Add each pudding mix to a mixing bowl (3 bowls total), and add 2 cups of milk per bowl.
  2. Mix each pudding flavor well, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cover each mixing bowl with plastic wrap, and chill them for 1 hour or until thick.
  4. Spoon one flavor of pudding into the bottoms of the ice pop molds, and then layer in the remaining two flavors.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer, and freeze for 4 hours or until very firm.
  6. Remove the pudding pops from the molds when ready to serve.
