From SheKnows Australia
If you've sat down to watch Frozen with the kids for the umpteenth time and need a break, keep the kids entertained while you bake a cake with them instead.

Do you want to build a castle? Usher the kids away from the telly for just one sec and woo them into the kitchen with promises of building their very own Frozen ice castle cake. They're going to love this one! Here's what you need to make this bad boy:

  • 3 cake bases of varying sizes, each smaller than the next
  • Chocolate icing
  • White chocolate fondant, rolled out into a thin sheet
  • 1-3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 tablespoon cream of tartar
  • Cooking thermometer
  • Blue food colouring
  • Sheet of baking paper
