Potato latkes with smoked salmon and dill recipe

Ingredients:

For the latkes

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
For the garnish
  • 6 thin slices smoked salmon
  • A few sprigs dill
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
