Yeah, I've blacked out mid-snack as well. It's funny how when you disconnect, it's so easy to just keep eating, without even realizing what you're putting in your mouth. It's time for mindful snacking. Snacking that's about indulging in the moment, and enjoying a delicious, light bite. This is hardly a recipe, but hopefully it inspires you to put together your own thoughtful bite.
