Class up your wine spritzer with fancy fruit-infused ice cubes
It's time to make some fancy (but easy) berry-and-mint ice cubes and serve up a few white wine spritzers. Trust me, you're going to love this simple cocktail.
I know it's totally girlie, but I have always loved white wine spritzers. They're refreshing and perfect for hot summer porch sipping. These white wine spritzers are just as refreshing, but they get the added deliciousness of frozen berry ice cubes.
White wine spritzer with fresh fruit ice cubes recipe
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1/3 cup mint leaves
1 bottle semisweet white wine
In a large silicone ice mold, fill each mold with frozen berries, and then top them with water.
Freeze until solid.
To make the cocktails, add fresh mint and 1 or 2 ice cubes. Fill halfway to the top with white wine, and top with seltzer water.
