These three smoothies are skinnier versions of your favorite pie flavors, so you can be ready for swimsuit season without sacrificing flavor. Go ahead, indulge a little.

1. Boston cream pie smoothie recipe

Boston cream pie smoothie

This Boston cream pie smoothie is a skinny version of one of America's favorite pies. Complete with a custard touch (thanks to the pudding in this smoothie) and authentic flavors, this smoothie is a great way to stay skinny while enjoying a delicious pie drink.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup skim milk, or substitute another milk
  • 1 sugar-free vanilla Snack Pack pudding
  • 1 (6 ounce) Yoplait light Boston cream pie yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on desired consistency
  • 4 tablespoons sugar-free Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • Reduced-fat whipped topping (optional)
  • Chocolate curls (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, process the graham crackers until completely crushed. Layer 2 tablespoons of the crumbs at the bottom of 2 glasses.
  2. In a blender, combine the milk, pudding, yogurt, vanilla, banana and ice. Blend until smooth, and pour equal amounts into the 2 glasses.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons (or to taste) of chocolate syrup over the smoothies.
  4. Garnish with reduced-fat whipped topping and chocolate curls, if desired.
  5. Enjoy immediately.

2. Blackberry harvest pie smoothie recipe

 Blackberry harvest pie smoothie

This blackberry smoothie is bursting with fresh fruit flavor. You won't be able to tell that this smoothie is healthy with all the flavors and natural sugars coming from the fruit. This smoothie is the perfect way to gear up for looking your best this summer.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or substitute another milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) Yoplait light blackberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on desired consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Truvia, or substitute another sweetener
  • Reduced-fat whipped topping (optional)
  • Reduced-fat graham crackers, crushed (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, blackberries, banana, ice and sweetener. Blend until smooth, and pour equal amounts into 2 glasses.
  2. Garnish with reduced-fat whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
  3. Enjoy immediately.

3. Lemon cream pie smoothie recipe

Lemon cream pie smoothie

This lemon cream pie smoothie is creamy, thick and bursting with fresh lemon flavor. The perfect way to refresh yourself on a hot summer day without consuming a ton of calories.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk, or substitute another milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free (and fat-free) lemon pudding mix, dry
  • 1 (6 ounce) Yoplait light lemon cream pie yogurt
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice, depending on desired consistency
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Reduced-fat whipped topping (optional)
  • Crushed graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • Yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, dry pudding mix, yogurt, banana, ice and lemon juice. If desired, add in the vanilla protein powder and 2 to 3 drops of yellow food coloring. Blend until smooth, and pour equal amounts into 2 glasses.
  2. Garnish with reduced-fat whipped topping and graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
  3. Enjoy immediately.
