Ditch the artificial colors and flavors with this cucumber water recipe!

Cucumber water is an inexpensive, easy and healthy way to stay hydrated this summer. Add lemon and mint to take it over the top with those citrus and herb flavors. It's too easy NOT to sip on a healthy and refreshing drink at home or on-the-go!

Healthy & clean hydration

The simplicity of making this infused water is elementary. Simply add fresh thinly sliced cucumbers, lemon slices and mint leaves to a pitcher of cold water. Cover the pitcher and allow the ingredients to infuse for at least one hour to overnight. Get creative and replace the mint with basil or rosemary, or the lemon with watermelon or strawberries... the possibilities are endless!

Cucumber lemon mint-infused water


  • 1/2 gallon cold water
  • 1 large cucumber, washed and thinly sliced
  • 2 small lemons (or 1 large lemon), thinly sliced
  • 10 mint leaves


  1. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices and mint to water in a pitcher, as well as any other fruit you prefer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
