A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away. Hurrying in the morning doesn't give us a reason to skip an important meal of the day. Pressing one button on the blender gives us this delicious fruity and nutty blend to start our day right and healthy, too!

Raspberry, peach, almond & pine nut smoothie recipe

Yields 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/8 cup raspberries
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • Honey, sugar or other sweetener
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
