Healthy green smoothie recipe
Adapted from Two Peas & Their Pod
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, orange, banana, spinach, Greek yogurt and 1 cup ice. Puree until smooth. Add more ice or yogurt to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
