Pumpkin spice coffee creamer

Perfect for fall and packed full of spice and pumpkin flavor.

Yields about 2 cups creamer

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together half-and-half, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Heat over low heat until simmering and add in vanilla bean or extract.
  3. Let cool, store in a refrigerator-safe bottle and keep chilled for up to a week.

Gingerbread coffee creamer

Fall and Christmas combined! This gingerbread flavor is heavy on the ginger flavor and sweetened with molasses.

Yields about 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup unsulphured molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract

Except for this recipe. This one has pumpkin... These are great!

Only thing is... pumpkin spice lattées and creamers don't actually have pumpkin in them. Just the pumpkin pie spice.
