We put Sriracha in everything else, why not guacamole? One taste of this amped up avocado dip, and you won't be able to stop eating!

Sweet mango and spicy Sriracha make the perfect combination for a unique guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips or use it as a topping for tacos or nachos.

Sriracha and mango guacamole recipe

Yields 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or more to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, gently mash avocados using a potato masher.
  2. Add mango, red onion, cilantro, Sriracha, lime juice and salt and pepper, to taste. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Serve immediately.
