Green Chia Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 rounded teaspoon chia seeds

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 3 handfuls of spinach

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • Handful of green grapes

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 cup 100 percent apple juice


Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine chia and water (do not turn blender on). Let sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and puree.

  3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
