Easy Vegan Waldorf Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, cored, diced

  • 2 stalks celery, sliced

  • 1 cup green grapes

  • 1 cup red grapes

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • Zest and juice of 1 lime


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
