Glazed Apple Wedges

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into wedges

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup chopped, dried apricots

  • 2 ActiFry spoons maple syrup or honey

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place the apple wedges in a bowl.

  2. Toss the apples with the oil to coat wedges evenly.

  3. Place the apples in the ActiFry pan (as suggested by T-fal). Cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the apricots, maple syrup and cinnamon.

  5. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender and well-glazed.

Cook's note: You can substitute dried cranberries or raisins for the apricots.
