Christmas Ambrosia

Serves 10

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-ounce) can pineapple chunks

  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple

  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges

  • 2 cups grapes, each halved

  • 2 cups shredded coconut

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

  • Zest and juice of 1 lime

  • 2 cups dairy-free whipped topping

  • 1 cup vegan marshmallows


Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, stirring well before dishing it out.
