Cranberry Walnut Relish

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • Zest and juice of 1 orange

  • 16 ounces fresh cranberries

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2/3 coarsely chopped walnuts


Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Lower heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until cranberries start to pop and the relish thickens.

  3. Transfer to a mason jar and seal. Let cool and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
