Blueberry Chia Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup water

  • 1-1/2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon agave


Directions:

  1. Combine chia and water in a small bowl and set aside for 15 minutes or until thickened.

  2. Combine blueberries, banana, almond milk and agave to blender and puree.

  3. Add chia mixture and blend again. Serve immediately.
