Berry Coulis

Makes about 2-1/4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces fresh blueberries

  • 4 ounces fresh raspberries

  • 8 ounces fresh strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons 100 percent blueberry juice

  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

  • Sweetener to taste


Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine berries and juices. Puree until smooth.

  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and return to the blender.

  3. Taste and add sweetener to taste. Blend for a few seconds to combine.

  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
