Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-ounce) block of silken tofu, pressed, drained, patted dry

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder or more to taste

  • 3 tablespoons agave or more to taste

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons dairy-free milk to adjust consistency


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.

  2. Divide into dessert glasses or bowls and refrigerate for a few hours to firm.

  3. Garnish as desired and serve.
