My secret ingredient for healthier smoothies

This secret superfood addition to your smoothie is supercharged with plant-based nutrition. Making healthier smoothies couldn't be easier.

Smoothies are a staple in my home. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't have one. Though any smoothie loaded with fruit is a far cry healthier than a bottle of fruit juice, there are a few secret ingredients that I add to my family's breakfast drinks that supercharge them with nutrition. The GenEssentials Greens is my new favorite nutrient-dense add-in for healthier smoothies.

Genesis Today GenEssentials Greens

Tossing in a handful of dark leafy greens certainly boosts the nutrition of a smoothie but adding a scoop of GenEssentials Greens, a concentrated source of superfoods and organic greens, delivers the same level of phytonutrients found in three to five servings of dark leafy green veggies. Made of a careful selection of high quality, organic, and freeze dried land and sea vegetables, it also contains herbs, superfruits, enzymes, and probiotics (25 billion probiotics per serving). The land plant blend includes organic wheat grass, alfalfa grass, parsley, spinach, broccoli powder and more. The sea blend includes spirulina, chlorella, kelp, and dulse. Other health-supporting ingredients are organic kale, flax, green tea extract, gingko biloba, licorice extract, and Siberian ginseng powder just to name a few. This superfood mix, which has a smooth yet full-bodied fresh greens flavor, promotes digestive, immune, circulatory, brain, and eye health. You can also use GenEssentials Greens as part of a cleanse and detox program as well as an addition to your anti-aging efforts.
