Apple Walnut Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 6 to 7 cups mixed greens

  • 2 stalks celery, sliced

  • 2 green apples, cored, sliced or diced

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • Your choice of balsamic vinaigrette


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine greens, celery, apples, and walnuts. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Drizzle 2 to 3 tablespoons of vinaigrette over salad and toss to combine.

  3. Divide salad among salad plates and drizzle with more vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
