Baked Lima Beans

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients:

  • 3 (9-ounce) packages frozen lima beans, thawed

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup molasses

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the baking dish.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
