Pineapple Sauce

Pineapple Sauce

Makes 2-1/4 cups

Ingredients:

• 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained


• 1/2 cup granulated sugar


• 1/2 cup light corn syrup

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil.


2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.


3. Serve warm or transfer to a mason jar, seal, and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
