Quick Kid-Friendly Mini Vegan Pizzas

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 sandwich thins, split

  • 1 cup your favorite pasta sauce

  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheese

  • Fresh basil or spinach leaves


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Place sandwich thins cut-side up on a large baking sheet.

  3. Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until toppings are hot.

  5. Serve garnished with basil or spinach leaves.
